As you can see, it's rather awesome. I'm going to fill this with nonsense so that I can get a good look at this slick little transparency effect that I'm kinda loving right now. Ooh, see how it blends, how lovely...

Welcome students, family and friends to our class website (or wiki as it is called in digital land!). This website will be updated on a weekly to fortnightly basis and will allow students and parents to track what is happening in the class and what is expected of students as far as workloads and homework. It is also a communication tool about what is coming up at Brighton Primary that involves our class.

Parents and students can join the wiki and once joined they can post comments about things on the wiki and they will go directly to me so I can get feedback and improve the site. It will also keep you informed by your email when I have made changes to the site so that you get reminders to check in.

Over the year I will also post homework on the site for students access as well as assessment criteria.

So watch this space and stay tuned as i will send out a card telling you how to join this site. Being part of this site means you will be able to converse with your child about what is happening at school and in class and this can only be a good thing!
